Gangneung is the southernmost city in this guide, and also the only one of the three cities that has a train station! From personal experience, I recommend taking the KTX train Kobus websites. A one-way KTX ticket to Gangwon-do costs about ₩28,000, and a one-way bus ticket about ₩14,000 - ₩17,000.
